This looks really small when you open it but everything fits fine. As far as quality it is pretty durable and made of a thin stretchable material but seems like it could rip easily. I also ordered the shoe pod for the Nike + chip and didnt realize that this came with one which is good. Speedy service and would recommend this product and company.

Band comes with a shoe lace pouch for the transmitter, which is great and pocket for the receiver that fits onto the bottom of your iPod is also great. Be careful putting the Ipod into the armband once the receiver is attached.

This product works great. I have only had one small issue. Sometimes it is hard to change the volume once you are running. Seams the iPod can't detect you touching it through the cover.
Past that I would suggest this to anyone.

This case is just okay...not great. Pros: small, adjustable, fits Nike+. Cons: must use extension for upper arms, jog wheel doesn't work well throught plastic (I still may cut that out)
conclusion: I will probably keep looking for another case that doesn't cover the Nike+ but is a better quality case. (I found it that the Nike+ doesn't really need to be covered.)

The case works well and is solidly made, stitched rather than glued. I wish the band was longer, the extension works well, but is a little bulky. The sensor holder works great,do not need to recalibrate if you are going from Nike+ shoes to regular shoes.
