This case was exactly what I wanted. A leather case with carabiner to attach to my belt loop. The case seemed to be pretty nicely made at first. Soft leather over hard plastic. Aluminum carabiner. But sadly after one day of use the little stitch that holds the loop for the carabiner loosened and the leather strip started to peel back off the case. So I returned it and now must search for a replacement. : (
