Works better than expected, price was fair and I use this daily in my car now!

Used this in four different vehicles and quality of the sound varies. The larger the car, the more static occurs. Sound quality is middle of the road. If you demand high quality sound, get a direct line system. If you want to listen to podcasts, this will work work well in small cars.
As you travel, station interference requires resetting the frequency. It means you have to shut off, unplug the transmitter, shut the ipod off (again), find an open station, and replug the transmitter.
Pros: Size, absence of wires snaking across the car, 2 memory presets, price.
Cons: Sound quality, draws power down from ipod.

This transmitter works great. Very compact with no wires is a plus. Not sure why the other reviews stated issues with the transmitter as it has great sound and strength. I am using with a Nano 3G on my console and luckily have a clear station to tune it to. Very clear and although not CD quality the sound is very good for a transmitter. The progamming is a little quirky but once you have your station set it's not a probelm.

This tiny accessory offers a convenient way to use your iPod without wires. I bought this device to use on my Goldwing motorcycle and I can put the iPod safely in the trunk and it still transmits clearly to the FM radio. The sound is great for such a tiny device and tuning is easy.

I've used a Griffin iTrip before, and it was great, but I lost it. I purchased this Kensington, and it works fine. In fact, I purchased a 2nd Kensington, and they both work real well. My kids use them all the time.
