I use this to carry my pod while commuting by bike in the rain.
The case is excellent. It is a little big, but that is what it takes to provide protection. The volume dial can be a little finicky, but so is the pod's dial, so it really isn't the fault of the case.
The arm band ripped after one week of daily use. I called H2O, and they sent me a replacement, so I won't complain. The new arm band is better and worse in different ways, but still useable. The hook-n-loop strap that secures the pod into to case is way too long a pain to fasten down, but does get the job done.
Make sure you don't overtighten the arm band, and you may need to loosen it to take it on and off.
I use my own cheepo headphones with a right angle connector, and it is compatible with the rubber boot around the headphone plug.

I purchased my first h2o Audio Waterproof Housing for IPod Nano about two years ago. I paid about $90.00 for the housing, earphones and armband. I used it a lot at the beach. My wife and I travel to the Caribbean a few times a year and I like to listen to music when I'm floating around in the pool or sea.
I had one mishap in St. Martin last year. I charged my IPod in our room overnight and returned it to the h2o housing the next morning. The gasket was not sitting right and water leaked into my IPod shorting it out.
Apple replaced my IPod and I was able to replace all the Itunes I had on my IPod. Over the next year I lost the armband and the gray rubber fitting that conects the housing to the earphones fell off so I was not using it in the water. I still kept my IPod in the h2o to protect it when I travel or run.
When I saw that Amazon was offering the same exact product for $4.00 I could not believe it. I ordered one and it arrived in a few days with an armband.
Can't wait to use it again next month in St. Martin.
Just have to be careful when you close the cover. Make sure the gasket is sitting flat in the unit.
